Outside the tower, Emily spotted a figure disappearing quickly toward Fløibanen station. «They’re heading to Mount Fløyen,» she declared, running after the shadowy stranger. Maximillian and Sarah exchanged quick nods and chased after her.
The steep tramway carried them rapidly upward, offering breathtaking glimpses of Bergen’s rooftops bathed in sunlight. At the mountain’s top, among tall pine trees, they noticed something peculiar—Easter eggs scattered oddly along hidden pathways.
Carefully, Sarah picked up an egg and examined it. «It’s empty, but look here—another ribbon fragment.» She held up a blue ribbon identical to the one Emily found earlier. Maximillian nodded, piecing clues together silently.
Following the eggs, they reached a secluded clearing overlooking Bergen. In its center lay a small, handwritten note. Sarah picked it up, reading aloud, «Solve the riddles or Easter joy ends; the next clue waits where daylight bends.»
Maximillian smiled confidently. «Where daylight bends,» he repeated thoughtfully. «That must mean somewhere underground.» Emily’s eyes sparkled with realization. «The Troldhaugen caves,» she whispered, excitement in her voice.
